Good or bad sign?

I've just discovered that my as-yet-unwritten paper for the NEC User Group conference is scheduled for 08:45 on Friday. The day after the gala dinner. The day all the delegates are going to be totally hung over.

Question is, does that make my job easier or harder?

I'm planning to start out with a dialectical materialist analysis of why the supplied cluster management tools suck and then, once my audience had totally double glazed, I'll probably move on to discuss the application of Edison-Brass Snowflake Theory to meteorological problems.

I'm hoping that people are still going to be too trashed from the night before to release that I'm like totally making it all up.
