Autos all the way

At a bit of a loose end, I dropped in to the quay for an hour to do try to do the 6b auto-belay routes I'd been too tired to attempt on Sunday. I flashed one of them without any trouble — although, in hindsight, I'm not entirely confident I mightn't've have used a couple of holds from a similar coloured route on the next anchor because it seemed a bit too easy — and did all but the last move on the other bungling the overhang badly enough to fall all the way back down to the bottom. I made a couple more valiant attempts but the damned thing was so fingery that by the time I got back up to the place where I'd fallen, I wasn't quite strong enough to pull myself through. But I know where I went wrong, so I should be able to nail it when I'm fresh.
