Freedom to and freedom from

I'm supposed to be writing a short essay on positive freedom. It's not much — basically a simple exposition of Berlin's ideas — but for one reason and another, I can't seem to force myself to knuckle down and actually write the wretched thing. I really need someone to bully me into doing it.

The irony of the situation has not escaped me.
