Meet Ms Brainbox!

sawylHeading down to the quay later than normal follow today's comp, I bumped into MJT leaving the cathedral after vespers. We had a catchup — it's hard to believe it's been three years since he left. I was pottering around one the autos and not doing too well — NE gave me a good excuse: I was crap because the current position of the moon meant that I was heavier than normal! — although I sent something I'd attempted last week and made a couple of decent attempts on some other things.
Fortunately AM came along and brightened my day by giving me this little dude. Isn't she fantastic? She's ours for being Quay quizzers of the year 2014. It was a hard-fought competition and we were run very close, but M's worrying comprehensive knowledge of Halloween songs saw us home.
We haven't come up with a name for her yet — I'd been called her Mr Brainbox, just as a placeholder, until I realised that it might be better to call her Ms Brainbox, given that women outnumber men on the core team...
(And yes, those are bunch of BPRD comics she's climbing past. And yes, very sharp-eyed person, those are Y: The Last Man trades in the background — you can just about puzzle out José Marzán Jr's name if you know what you're looking for)
