I've just seen a sign on one of the lavatory cubical doors saying "No entry, work in progress". I immediately thought to myself, "Finally, an honest government employee", but sadly, it turned out the building maintenance people were just installing new towel dispensers.

I noticed they were doing that too. I wonder who took the decision to replace all the towel dispensers? Hey, when you become a manager real soon now, that's the kind of thing you will have to worry about.

I imagine that the decision was made by a committee rather than a single individual - it's like way too important for any one person. In my mind, it was agreed at a meeting straight out of Twelve Angry Men. Except with out the anger. And without the twelve men. So it was like, Seven Slightly Miffed Personages Where Gender is Not an Important Concern. Yeah, that's more like it.
