On being a lazy mooch

High guilt count today. I'm currently feeling guilty about my long lunch break today, my long coffee break yesterday and the fact that I don't seem to have logged a whole lot of desk time this week. Not that I've got any rational reason to feel bad: I've been coming in early, leaving late and most of the time I've been away from my desk, I've been working on upgrades or nightmarish fallout from upgrades. I blame my suspect upbringing.
