Lane crazy

sawylThursday, there were two. As usual. On Friday, three. Today, four. The pool has gone lane crazy. Not that I'm complaining. It makes life easier for us who plough up and down. Except. It means more people in the lanes. Even the very slow. Which I find a problem. I can't swim slow. Just can't. Don't have the buoyancy. If I go slow. I sink.
Plus. Lane etiquette is tricky. Overtaking? Rude? Or expected? What about reversing direction? And what is medium? And what fast? And why not slow? Or even slower? I need answers. Rules. Hints. Suggestions. Anything. To tame the chaos.
